Week of 25 July!

We are almost done with the month of July! This week looks to be a little cooler than last week, but don’t get complacent with your hydration. Make sure you’re bringing water to the gym for every class—cause this week is going to be a doozy!! Also—I don’t know if you need to hear this or not—but it might be time for you to wash your knee sleeves. Just saying.

As we have seen over the last few weeks, we will be working on general strength as well as our snatch technique. This is our last week of a mini-cycle for snatches, so hopefully you’ve found some areas for improvement and can put them to work. Let’s finish it off solid, and strong! We will be running on Wednesday, so bring your running shoes. Thursday, as always, will be a nice recovery workout.

Thursday seminars will be back soon, so please let us know what skills you’d like to see! We are planning for handstand walking, yoga, and some other useful clinics.
