This week will be an exciting one, featuring some new movements as well as some favorites. We are continuing our mini-cycle focusing on snatches, as well as our 9-week strict press cycle. The WODs are, as always, challenging in themselves. Don’t forget about those optional after-class Aerobic Capacity pieces!
This week let’s focus on consistency. Make a plan to get to the gym and stick to it. Find your accountability buddy, and have them check in with you half way through the week. If you’re struggling to get the motivation to come in, just remember that not every day has to be your best—your goal should just be to move. If you do that, each day you will be a little bit better than the day before. Remember, it’s not about perfection, it is about progress. Trust the process and eventually you will get the results you want.
