Weightlifting Program

CrossFit Forward is the home of Forward Barbell Club. Our USA Weightlifting certified Coaches are here to help you learn the ins and outs of the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. We will teach the Clean and Jerk as well as the Snatch, while incorporating various squat and accessory lifts to turn you into a successful weightlifter!

The sport of Olympic Weightlifting is unmatched in its ability to develop Power, Speed, Strength, Agility, Accuracy, Balance, and Coordination.

Barbell Perceptions Weightlifting Class is perfect for High School age athletes looking to increase strength and explosiveness, as well as adults looking to build corse strength and improve balance and coordination.

Come lift with us as we build muscle, burn fat, and build solid and strong cores!

Schedule: Next 8 week cycle starts February 1st

Barbell Perceptions Adult Class (limited to only 5 athletes)

($300 per 8 week cycle / $150 per 8 week cycle for existing member)

  • Monday/Wednesday 6:00pm to 7:00pm
  • Saturday 9:30 am
