CrossFit Group Classes
Our CrossFit group classes are designed primarily to make the average person look and feel better overall. Some benefits that you can expect are increased muscular strength, lower body fat percentage, better endurance, increased mobility and a better range of motion.
Fast Forward Bootcamp
This is a BURN/BOOTCAMP/HIIT style of class where you will use medicine balls, kettle bells, bands, suspension trainers, and your own bodyweight. We will also help you build strength and confidence with beginner barbell movements. Don’t worry, you’ll get high intensity cardio from rowers, air bikes, running, and jumping/stepping. All of these components will get you in the best shape of your life!

Weightlifting Cycle
The sport of Olympic Weightlifting is unmatched in its ability to develop Power, Speed, Strength, Agility, Accuracy, Balance, and Coordination. Our Weightlifting Class is perfect for High School age athletes looking to increase strength and explosiveness, as well as adults looking to build core strength and improve balance and coordination.

Masters Movement
Designed for athletes 55+! Using strength and functional movements, the goal of this class is to prolong the health and longevity (and therefore independence) of each participant.
