Hope everyone had a great week and is settling into a post-holiday routine. Last week was a doozy, and this one will be just as challenging!
The programming this week has a major concentration on strength and skill, so you’ll want to plan to come as often as you can. We will be squatting (yay) twice this week, and we also have some gymnastics thrown as a pre-WOD skill, too.
BIG NEWS! There will now be a Saturday morning class at 7:00 a.m., for all of you early risers! This is due to high demand for spots at the 8 and 9 a.m. classes, which are always full. Make sure you reserve your spot early, and if you don’t intend to come PLEASE remove your reservation so someone on the waitlist can come in!
For all of you Bootcamp Athletes, we will be introducing Tuesday and Thursday classes for those who can’t make it to Monday and Wednesday evening classes due to class capacity concerns. Please coordinate with Coach Laura about what days you’d like to come.
