Hope everyone had a VERY Happy Thanksgiving! It is officially the Holiday Season, and the tree is up at the gym to provide some festive atmosphere! Bring in an ornament to add a little personality to it, if you’d like.
This is going to be a fun week, with several of the long conditioning pieces that we’ve grown accustomed to. We’ve also got some Olympic lifting work mixed in with some other powerlifting for the strength portions of class. All in all, a GREAT week. You’re not going to want to miss it!
Just a heads up that we will be starting a new Lifting Cycle in January with Coach Song, as well as starting another Nutrition Bootcamp! Coach Song’s athletes have shown amazing growth in their Olympic lifting skills, almost always adding to their one rep maxes at the end of their cycle. It doesn’t matter if you have limited experience, or if you have been lifting for years. Classes will have morning and afternoon options, and take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
This go round, the Nutrition Bootcamp will be focused on more intermediate dieters who already know the nuances of macro counting and meal prep. This group offers accountability, and will build on the knowledge you already have about what/why/when you eat! If you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just looking for someone to guide you on your nutrition journey, this program is for you!
