I hope everyone got a chance to recharge their batteries this weekend! We’ve got another week of intense workouts coming up, and you should make sure you’re doing all that you can to take care of yourself inside and outside of the gym. Been feeling sore lately? You’re not alone! Make sure you’re getting plenty of rest and fueling your body in preparation each day! Prepare for lots of longer workouts this week, with some heavy lifts thrown in there as well. Lots of variety to please everyone!
A little off topic, but I just wanted to share that my son is turning 13 this week. I am the mother of a teenager. That really makes me reflect on how fast time flies by. One moment you’re making plans for the future, and then you blink and the future is here. What we do today builds a foundation for our future, and we can get BETTER every single day. It is never too late to start working towards being a healthier, happier version of yourself. So stay focused, get to the gym, eat meat and vegetables and all the good stuff, and let’s crush this week.
