This week we are getting heavy (again), and our legs are definitely going to get the brunt of it!! Back squats, front squats, deadlifts… throw in a bear complex (if you don’t know what that is, you’ll find out on Friday) and you’ve got a recipe for some serious leg fatigue!! But we love that, right? We’ve also got lots of shoulder work with some shoulder-to-overheads and handstand push-up practice.
As a reminder, make sure that you’re taking time at home to stretch, or come in before class or stay after to roll out. Self-care is just as important as your workouts! You can also sign up at the front desk to have our own Valerie do cupping therapy on any areas of concern!
Lots of people have been staying after (or coming in before class) to do the Priority Work—keep it up!! Make sure that you’re logging it in Beyond the Whiteboard, and make sure that post it on FaceBook as well so you can get credit for it.
