Holy moly, guys!! It’s the week of Christmas!! What better way to celebrate than with your Forward Family? There are lots of chances to get in the box this week to burn off some of those well-deserved holiday calories.
Monday features some classic CrossFit movements to start the week off (never miss a Monday).
If you’ve never joined us for the Twelve Days of Christmas workout on Christmas Eve, you should definitely plan on making an appearance this year at 8:00 a.m. Following the WOD we will come together for a community breakfast featuring some “recovery” drinks and snacks!
Wednesday we are closed in observance of Christmas Day, but we WILL be open on the day after for two Open Gym times (8-10 am, 1-3 pm) with a workout that you will NOT want to miss.
Friday and Saturday we get back into the normal routine with some longer WODs with some fun and totally scalable movements. Don’t wait until after the New Year to start re-dedicating yourself to health and wellness!! It’s the best present that you can give yourself this holiday season!
