Programming for New Year’s Week

Happy last week of 2019/first week of 2020!!  This is also the last week of an alternate gym schedule due to the holiday season.  Tuesday’s (New Year’s Eve’s) last class will be at 3:30, so be sure to make an early appearance before you go out to countdown to the New Year!  The gym will be CLOSED on New Year’s Day, so be sure to take some time to relax.  It’s also a great day to start planning for all of your 2020 goals.

This week has a lot to offer, especially for those who are looking to kick those post-Christmas blues!  Come hang out for some olympic lifting on Monday, some cardio/squats on Tuesday… and can I just say, THRUSTER THURSDAY.  Friday will be a real leg-burner, so come early and stretch out before class time!
