 Run, 800m
200 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 lbs
Walking Lunge, 200 m
150 Push-ups
100 Burpee-to-Plates

Jedi Knight

For Time:
Run 800m
200 Kettlebell Swings 35/25lbs
Walking Lunge 200m
150 Push-ups (incline to a box)
100 Burpee step up to a plate


For Time:
Run 2 laps
150 Kettlebell Swings (athlete chooses weight)
Walking lunge 100m
100 Push-ups (Incline to a box)
50 Burpee

Run with your partner (DO NOT LEAVE YOUR WINGMAN)

Lunge with your partner (Same as above)

Split up KB Swings, Push-ups, and burpees with your partner however you like
