Partner Workout

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

50 Double Unders

10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs

10 Alternating Dumbbell Thrusters, 50/35 lbs

Athletes use only one dumbbell.

While Partner 1 works, Partner 2 runs 1 lap. Switch when Partner 2 returns. Pick up where they left off.
