1 – Run 200m

2 – Devil Press

3 – Pull Ups

4 – Push Ups

5 – Handstand Push Ups or Cartwheels

6 – Wall Ball

7 – Kettlebell Goblet Squat

8 – Kettlebell Swings

9 – Kettlebell Lunges

10 – Kettlebell Push Press

11 – Burpees

12 – Kettlebell Sumo DL High Pull

Just like the famous song, we will count up starting with 1 200 meter run. The 2nd round you will run 2o0 meters and perform 2 devil press. The third run you will run 200 meters, do 2 devils press, and 3 pull ups. etc.
