80 Dumbbell Push Jerks 50/35

60 Dumbbell Front Squat 50/35

Row 150/100 Calories

40 Dumbbell Clusters 50/35

 

Teams of four with two people working at a time.  One can be rowing, one doing the dumbbell movements, and the others are resting. You can switch out at anytime. Team must finish the row and power cleans before moving on to the next row and push jerks etc etc.  If a team is meshed with men and women then the row will be 125 calories.
