35/30 Ski Erg Calories (Row Calories)

30/25 Burpee-to-6″ Targets

45/40 Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squats 50/35 lbs

40/45 Single Leg Squats

25 Box Jump Overs, 42/36 in (Use plates on top of boxes)

Tumbler Pull, 400/300 lbs, 110 ft (Substitute sled pull)


Some slight modifications from the actual 2018 CrossFit Games workout. Use a Rower in place of the Ski Erg and Sled Drag in place of the Tumbler Pull.
