The clock will be set for 25 90 second intervals. Partners will accumulate a max number of repetitions at each station with one partner working at a time. Partners should plan for their rotation as follows: Partner A is finishing 5 remaining seconds of work on Assault Bike Calories and Partner B is getting set for the Power Clean and Jerks.  Each team will start on the bike if there are no more than 5 teams!!!!! If there is more than 5 teams, then teams may start on Power Clean and Jerk, however they must perform the Wall Balls, Toes to Bar, and Assault Bike Calories before they rest.

Score is total number of reps.
