  • Hang Squat Clean
  • Squat Clean
  • Push Press
  • High Hang Squat Clean
  • Hang Squat Clean
  • Squat Clean
  • Push Jerk
  • High Hang Squat Clean
  • Hang Squat Clean
  • Squat Clean
  • Split Jerk

*Hold onto the bar the entire time. If you do drop the bar, for the complex to continue, it must be dropped from the OVERHEAD position and you must pick the bar up when the bar stops bouncing.  Rest as needed between rounds and work to find a heavier weight each time.*
