Use the goal rounds and your proficiency with the Snatch to dictate the weight used for each AMRAP. The preference here is terms of scaling is maintaining a Squat Snatch vs scaling to a Power Snatch. If the weight has to be an empty barbell in order to maintain the Squat Snatch with proper form, then do so and crank it up on the burpees!
