CrossFit Forward Hero Month

We recently started a new tradition here at CrossFit Forward and had loads of fun doing it. July will from here on out be Hero Month! Hero Month is an entire month of CrossFit Hero WODs which are tough, grueling, and typically longer workouts that test your mental toughness. These workouts are named after fallen heroes from the United States and foreign militaries, as well as first responders. Athletes this month completed 26 Hero WODs in total and we are proud of everyone who finished strong. We are excited to continue to do this annually and look forward to next years Hero Month!
